The last 12 months has seen the Inlogik business grow, substantially. Indeed we have added over 35 new customers in Australia alone and this is on top of the 30 new customers in the previous year. With all these new customers we have seen a corresponding increase in demand for our development services. A few months ago we realized that something needed to change if we were to continue to service our customers at the levels demanded by our customers.
Each of you now has an assigned Account Manager. They are all senior staff with many years experience in Expense Management. One of Ross Withers, Penny Cox, Michael Boldiston, Brett Driscoll, Rob Sumsion or I will be your Account Manager in Australia and one of Mark Fuller, Mark Harris, Istvan Toth or Luke Grad in the UK. This is a significant expansion on the Account Management Team of 12 months ago. Indeed in Australia we had just Brett Driscoll covering all this territory not so long ago.
We hope to achieve a number of objectives by making these changes:
Firstly you will now have a single point of contact that will be across how your system is set up, what support issues you have had or are unresolved in the IMS, when your customised development is to be delivered and of course your contract.
Secondly for new customers, after your have signed off on implementation, the implementation team will be hand you over to your Account Manager. You can expect an intensive period of account management to ensure that ProMaster has been rolled out successfully throughout your organisation and that you are gaining the benefits you desired when you selected ProMaster.
And finally we want to ensure that you get the most out of ProMaster. Your Account Manager will be able to suggest ways to maximize your return on investment.
