The Travel Planning Module provides comprehensive pre trip planning and post trip reconciliation functionality. It interfaces with Travel Management Company (TMC) processes in a variety of ways to ensure quick and easy travel bookings as well as comprehensive travel budget management.
ProMaster Travel Planner allows organisations to -
- Plan multi-segment, multi-mode travel itineraries;
- Estimate costs for all components of a trip, including airfares, accommodation, land transport, allowances and incidentals;
- Incorporate a cost review and approval process;
- Generate booking requests; and
- Reconcile post-trip expenses against an approved budget.
At the basic integration level, ProMaster controllers can set up contracted fee schedules for airlines, accommodation houses and car hire companies and use these to budget for and reconcile trip components.
If you desire a deeper level of integration, then Inlogik can work with your Travel Management Company (TMC) to achieve close-coupled integration with your preferred self booking tool thereby allowing actual trip data and costs to be exchanged between the travel management and expense management domains.
